Buyer Inspections
Most home inspections are for those buying a home. The inspector works for the buyer and reports on the condition of the home to be purchased. Results are presented in a twenty page report. As a result, the buyer gains knowledge of the property, discovers possible weaknesses, and has specific concerns addressed. There are diminished surprises at closing.
Additional services can be performed in conjunction with a home inspection. Outside expertise is brought in where needed.
